Welcome to Fajiri Community Guidelines

Fajiri was created to ease the financial burden of day-to-day life of its active members through the provision of construction and real estate as well as other cash flow business services. We strive to create a happy, safe, and enjoyable community where everyone comes together and feels safe while supporting each other and creating a happier society. The rules and guidelines mentioned here are applicable to anybody who registers as a member of Fajiri posts blogs, uploads photos and videos or posts any other content on fajiricon.ng, fajiriapp.com, fajiri.com, fajiribooks, Fajiriprint.com, Fajirifoundation.org (“Website”). As a user of this Website, you are responsible for the content you share.

Our Community Guidelines exist to help us make Fajiri an inclusive, non- toxic platform- and if you breach
them, our Team will take action against your profile account. In some cases, we will do our best to warn
you to change the behavior before taking any action or only remove the violative material. However, more
serious violations and any repeated violations would result in the deactivation of your account. In addition
to your account being deactivated, you may face civil and criminal consequences for violation of our
Community Guidelines. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to these issues, so please do not
even “joke” about it as you may be banned.

1. Members Liabilities and Responsibilities

The following act and breach will result in being permanently barred from being a member of the Fajiri Family and handed over to the appropriate authorities. Try to avoid getting involved or engaging in activities that will disrupt, tarnish, interrupt, or bring shame to yourself, the organization, the entire operations and the Fajiri Family. You will be directly responsible for certain activities, actions, and decisions you take. You are responsible and liable for: Behaviors that cause self-inflicted pain and loses to yourself and others in the cause of carrying
out your membership obligations.
1. Any fraud, forgery, or related criminal activities committed against the organization, fellow members, clients or partners.
2. Jobs or projects you embark on knowing that you have no skills, license, permits, knowledge or expertise to perform that particular job or project.
3. Any misrepresentation, or false claims about Fajiri organization, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners when dealing and relating with clients, organizations, persons or groups of persons.
4. Knowingly encroaching, trespassing, or stealing someone else property for the purpose of illegally taking possession of such properties.
5. Entering into a binding service agreement with a client in Fajiri’s name without approval or failing to report or enter the details of the project into the designated system.
6. Infringing on any of Fajiri’s trademarks or intellectual properties to misrepresent and defraud unsuspecting clients, partners, affiliates or potential members of the company.
7. Fabricating lies, creating false, fake, or forged documents in print, online and computer systems to trick, deceive, clients, members, and partners in the process destroying and tarnishing Fajiri’s corporate image or reputation, using the tools we have provided.
8. Ignoring a Fajiri Family member who is in trouble financially, physically, spiritually, and emotionally and needs help and mentorship.

2. Membership Rules and Regulations

Members of the Fajiri Family are encouraged to adhere strictly to certain rules, policies, guidelines and codes of conduct to keep their membership valid and in good standing. Intentionally and knowingly breaching or breaking any or all of these rules, policies and guidelines will be a cause for membership to be revoked and all benefits and access to the system suspended, and banned indefinitely. Every registered member in good standing has a call of duty, and responsibility to NEVER INDULGE and NOT:
1. Open, start or set up any foundation, organization, or business that is in direct competition, or conflict with Fajiri or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners from the day or after the time they became a member.
2. Develop, copy or use our patent and licensed software application to conduct similar operations.
3. Sexually, verbally, or physically abuse, harass, or insult another member, client, partner, associate, colleague or persons in any form whatsoever.
4. Use Fajiri’s corporate pr organization name, intellectual properties, trademarks, logos, web application content, and printing materials, without permission.
5. Reject invitations for membership meetings, gatherings, and events unless a member cannot attend due to other engagements or emergencies.
6. Disrespect or argue with clients, fellow members, management, or partners. Everyone associated with the company should be treated with equal, mutual respect, honor, love, and kindness.
7. Discriminate based on race, color, tribe, gender, religion, education, class, or status.
8. Print to sell, distribute, circulate, or reproduce, Fajiri’s corporate items, handbooks, magazines, souvenirs, t-shirts, hats, handkerchiefs, mugs, etc without written permission.
9. Perform the activities and obligations they are not registered under. For example, FIMs are prohibited from managing, and supervising any projects even if they have the certification, experience or qualification to do so.
10. Abuse the privileges, support, rewards, and benefits the company gives to its active members.
11. Ignore or fail to report anyone causing a disturbance, exhibiting any destructive, offensive behaviors, and compromising anything belonging to Fajiri or any member.
12. Open bank accounts or set up financial instruments for the specific purpose of receiving payments to defraud the company, fellow members, its clients, partners, and affiliates.
13. Receive any payments, cash, checks or financial instruments directly from clients in private bank accounts or accounts not approved for collection of registration payments or projects. All payments must be paid into Fajiri’s designated and approved bank accounts.
14. Accept any bribes in any form to betray the company, clients or fellow members.
15. Compromise on quality of service and product delivery
16. Break or disobey any federal, state, local or municipal government laws of the land you reside in during the performance of your obligations and responsibilities as a member of the Fajiri Family.
17. Use Fajiri, the organization’s name to enter into a binding contract without written permission. All contracts must be signed and approved by Fajiri corporate management.
18. Supervise or manage a project without obtaining the proper licensing, permits, building codes, certifications, and approval from the appropriate authorities.
19. Organize rallies, shows, promotions, launches, or any events without written permission of the company’s management.
20. Make false claims about the Fajiri organization, its foundation, corporate entities, against any member, client, partner, colleague, staff, employee, or persons associated with the organization.
21. Fabricate lies purposely for fundraising and illegally securing financial or any kind of monetary support.
22. Double cross, double deal, or take advantage of any client, member, colleague, partner, affiliate, or person.
23. Intentionally pass or deliver any wrong, incorrect, erroneous, or inaccurate information to any member, client, partner, or affiliate member regarding our nature of business and mode of operations.
24. Diverge any confidential or private information that could cause a negative impact or destruction to any Fajiri’s global affairs and reputation.
25. Duplicate the business model of the organization and try to use it to cause disunity and division amongst fellow members.
26. Negotiate pricing, cost, estimate, or ask a client to deal with you directly without the presence of a business developer member, not reporting or entering the project details into the system after agreeing to the membership agreement.
27. Initiate and accept projects that you cannot handle due to overload, burnout, stress, or any other related reasons.
28. Initiate and accept projects when sick, infected with disease, disabled, or mentally exhausted.
29. Initiate and accept projects in areas or communities that are unsafe and could endanger lives and properties.
30. Initiate and accept projects that you have no experience, certification, or knowledge about.
31. Initiate and accept projects that are not within your service area, city, or state or that will be unmotorable, and very inconvenient to complete.
32. Conspire with another member, person, or groups of persons to work against the foundation and Fajiri’s organization policies and overall vision.

Please be aware that violating and breaching any of Fajiri’s membership organizational code of conduct, rules, regulations, and policies could lead to legal action, litigation, court appearances and perhaps jail sentence in any court of law in Nigeria or anywhere around the world. Fajiri is an international organization with subsidiaries and a membership network of professionals and government agencies around the world.

3. Misuse of the website

1. Do not create multiple accounts. If we find multiple accounts created by one user, we reserve the right to ban all accounts immediately.
2. Do not provide false and misleading information on the Website, including but not limited to, your profile, details of the bill, background of the bill, etc.
3. Do not post or add construction projects on behalf of a third party. The project must belong to you. You must be the owner or facilitator, or business developer of the project.
4. After posting or adding a project, do not try to receive payments from the clients or register a company name similar to Fajiri for the purpose of diverting funds.
5. Do not impersonate another user or member, create misleading information, or encourage behavior that would violate these terms.
6. Do not indulge in any fraudulent activities or other unlawful practices.
7. Do not use funds on the website for something else other than what the funds were raised or originally collected.
8. Do not offer any person cash gift, bribe, or any form of enticement to get projects or contract work posted on this platform. Such activities shall constitute bribery.
9. Do not write and post articles to promote your business, products, or services without approval from admin and with supporting images and photos.
10. Do not make derogatory or false comments or statements about Fajiri on this Website or outside of the Website.
11. Do not violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
12. Do not post material that does not belong to you.
13. Do not post content on this Website without written permission of the owner.
14. Do not post or add projects, receive referral commission in relation to the items below from (a – h), Such bills shall be immediately removed and your account deactivated.
a. Buy drugs, narcotics, tobacco, alcohol or any form of toxic substance that harm your body.
b. Purchase firearms, guns, and dangerous weapons, etc.
c. Engage in political campaigns or rallies.
d. Support terrorists, terrorist organizations, or any person, group of persons indulging in terrorist
activities.
e. Promote violence or any form of self-destructive habits.
f. Pay for sex, prostitution, gambling, human trafficking, or any such activity.
g. Sponsor robbery, kidnapping, oppression, pornography movies, drug dealing, and other serious
criminal activities.
h. Purchase or engage in any other forms of illegal products, activities, offenses, and
wrongdoings.

4. Extremist Content

1. Any extremist organizations or hate groups are prohibited from using Fajiri. We will remove any content that supports terrorism, hate groups, or communicates hateful, harmful, or misleading information.
2. Do not glorify or promote extremists or hate organizations, including ideologies, prominent terrorist or criminal figures and acts.
3. Do not promote violence or exclusion of a class or group of people.
4. Do not share misleading or harmful information. For example, creating and/or spreading conspiracy theories, perpetuating lies about public health matters, etc.

5. Insensitive Content

1. Do not broadcast or rebroadcast any acts of violence or real-life acts of violence, extremely graphic movie clips or video games.
2. Do not use violent or abusive language.
3. Do not post, show or promote animal abuse.
4. If you witness anything, which appears to be a life-threatening situation, immediately call local law enforcement, and report it to us.
5. Do not post any pornographic content.
6. Do not broadcast any sexually explicit comments or posts.
7. Do not encourage others to embrace self-harm or suicide. We do not speech or behavior that in any way glorifies suicide or self-harm.

6. Creating an unsafe environment

1. Do not engage in unwanted advances such as expressions of attraction, desire, and requests for a romantic relationship, marriage proposals, sexual advances or innuendo, or lewd remarks.
2. Do not use this website to pursue romantic connections, ask for romantic dates, or provide sexual commentary on someone’s appearance. You will be banned immediately from the Website.
3. Do not harass or bully other members on the website. This includes abusive language, revealing others’ personal or sensitive information or inciting or engaging others to do any of the same.
4. Do not use language that would make anyone feel unsafe or disruptive.
5. Do not threaten, incite, or promote violence through the content posted on the Website.
6. Do not engage in untargeted, irrelevant, unwanted, unauthorized, inappropriately commercial, or promotional, or gratuitously repetitive messages or other similar content. Basically, don’t spam. Ignoring requests to stop contact with another user.
7. Do not make hate speech on other members based on race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, religious affiliation, caste, sexual orientation, sex, or gender identity.

7. Safety

Please always follow these safety measures as an active user or member and while maintaining your
Fajiri account.
1. Never give your personal contact information, bank details, or other financial details on Fajiril.
2. We recommend that all communication is carried out on the platform.
3. Do not agree to meet anyone who you do not personally know in real life.
4. Report anything suspicious that could harm others or the smooth functioning of the platform.
5. Log out of your account to prevent unauthorized access, especially when using public computers.
6. Use a strong password and change your login password periodically, especially if you have any reason to believe someone has access or knows your Fajiril login details.

8. Children

Children under the age of 18 should never use the Site or create an account. If they use the Site, same
should be done only with the approval of a parent or their legal guardian. Our website does not
specifically target children.

9. Testimonials

We love to hear about your experience with us. Do share testimonials on the platform by sending a
message to the Fajiril team. However, be honest and clear about your experience.

10. Appealing an account deactivation

If you strongly believe you did not violate our Community Guidelines, you may appeal the suspension or
deactivation of your profile account by contacting us. At our sole discretion we may undertake an investigation (conducted by the Website’s risk and compliance department) if we feel that your behavior on the Website is not in compliance with these Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to change, add, remove, or modify our Community Guidelines at any time. We will
do our best to inform you of any changes we make to our Community Guidelines. However, it is not
always possible to do so. You are therefore requested to always act in goodwill and to stay aware of the guidelines while using the Website.
